Stop Letting the RBA Decide When You Invest

Are you making property decisions based on your goals, or based on the next RBA announcement? Rates matter. I'm certainly not suggesting otherwise. But after more than 25 years in finance and property, I think investors spend far too much time trying to predict interest rates and nowhere near enough time looking at the fundamentals that actually matter over a 10 or 20-year investment.
